Refund Policy

Refund of the unutilized services, if canceled in advance and paid for, will be made to the person who has actually made the payment to us. Actual amount will be refunded after working out the figure on the basis of our cancelation rules. Please be informed that the refund process may take from 2-4 weeks due to lengthy banking process as well as we have to collect the refunds from respective hotels, airlines, railways and other services otherwise mentioned. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges will be debited from the refund amount. Any bank charges/ costs towards making the refund will have to be borne by you. Kindly be advised that surcharge levy by the bank to process the payment with a debit/credit card is not a part of the refund.


Changes made by you- Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we can assist we will not charge an amendment fee but any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers will be payable. Certain changes may be treated by suppliers as a cancellation of the original booking and, where applicable, rebooking in which case cancellation charges will apply. Changes may result in the recalculation of the holiday price where, for example, the basis on which the price of the original holiday was calculated has changed. Please be informed that certain arrangements may not be amended/canceled after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancelation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.
