Willington Island

A tour to Willington Island will reveal that this old island of Kochi is a major commercial center in the town. Willington Island is a manmade island created by using the soil from Kochi harbour. Welcome to the hill resort of Devikulam that have the gorgeous green slopes that are as high as if to touch the sky. Lovely large lawns, rare fauna and flora and the cool breezes in Devikulam are not just refreshing but rejuvenating to the souls. Devikulam literally means "the pond or lake of the Devi". As per the beliefs of the people Goddess Sita had bathed in the waters of the lake in Devikulam.


Bandipur National Park

Bandipur National Park, an 874-sq.-km forested reserve in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, is known for its small population of tigers. Once the private hunting ground of the Maharajas of Mysore, the park also harbors Indian elephants, spotted deer, gaurs (bison), antelopes and numerous other native species. The 14th-century Himavad Gopalaswamy Temple offers views from the park's highest peak.


It is the only Hoysala temple dtill in active worship. The most marvellous specimen of Hoysala architecture.


Home to famous Abbey waterfall, Dubare Elephant camp for elephant’s interaction, Cauvery Nisaragadhama, Bylakupee- one the largest Tibetan Monasteries , handricrafts, carpet factories and an incense factory.


The ancient capital of Hoysala. The temple complex has a museum which houses idols, statues, busts from the ruins.


Coakers walk- It offers some of the best views of the plains, Green Valley View- this point commands beautiful view of entire Vaigai Dam. This place was once known as ‘Suicide Point’.

Nagarahole National Park, Kabini

Nagarhole National Park, also known as Rajiv Gandhi National Park, is a wildlife reserve in the South Indian state of Karnataka. Part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, the park is backed by the Brahamagiri Mountains and filled with sandalwood and teak trees. The Kabini River winds through jungle landscapes, home to tigers, Asian elephants and a variety of birds. Nearby, the Irupu Falls cascade down tree-lined rocks.
